Water & Waste Treatment Plants
Controsys has a long track record supplying control and monitoring systems to water and waste treatment plants. For round-the-clock control rooms, a mosaic mimic system remains one of the most cost-effective and dependable ways to give operators a permanent overview of the whole process.
Mosaic mimic panels need very little maintenance, keep working independently of the SCADA screens, and carry a low total cost of ownership over the life of the plant.

Petrochemical Industries
For petrochemical plants Controsys designs safety shutdown, emergency shutdown and fire and gas monitoring systems that meet both regulatory and customer requirements.
A dedicated project team takes each job from equipment proposal through design, installation, testing and commissioning. Systems can be supplied with an interface to the plant SCADA where required.

Power Plants
Mosaic tableau systems house indication modules, switches and pushbuttons in standard tile sizes, so a power-plant mimic is straightforward to design and install.
Because the tiles are modular, the panel can be modified or extended as the plant changes — without leaving visible traces of earlier alterations.

Rail
Controsys builds rail signalling panels in-house, using components from its principal product lines.
We also supply large LED displays for signalling and passenger information. The display modules are imported from Germany and the housings are fabricated locally.

Marine & Shipbuilding
For marine and shipbuilding customers Controsys supplies navigation control panels and local and remote control panels for winches and towing cranes.
Mimic panels can be produced on anodised aluminium, and all marine panels are designed to meet marine specifications.

Controsys is a single source for control systems: we design, supply, install and commission mimic panels, supervisory panels, annunciator panels and instrument panels.
In-house facilities cover design, manufacture, testing, installation, commissioning and training, backed by an after-sales programme so the installation can be modified, extended or upgraded as operating requirements change.
